We bridge the gap between a missing part and a working solution.
Iworks combines 3D scanning, CAD, electronics and manufacturing under one roof.
Car owners come to us when a replacement cannot be found. Workshops call when a fitment problem needs a purpose-built component. Businesses and project teams work with us when an idea needs to become a physical, testable system.
A missing front-bumper fog-light grille bezel for 2012–2017 vehicles was taken through geometry capture, reverse engineering, CAD development, manufacturing, finishing and vehicle installation.
A purpose-built internal guide developed to support proper oil flow inside the transmission. The work moved from inspection and CAD design to a manufactured component and final assembly validation.
A physical system bringing wind and solar generation together with sensing, automated monitoring and intelligent control. Iworks supported the electronics, Raspberry Pi and Arduino integration, mechanical design and 3D-manufactured structure.
Ask what is currently available across desk products, display objects, gifts and practical 3D pieces. Designs can often be adapted by color or branding.
Send clear photos or a short video, basic measurements if available, the quantity, intended use and your preferred deadline. If the part fits a car or another assembly, include the make, model and year or the mating component.
Yes. We can inspect or scan the original, a broken sample or the surrounding mounting area, then reverse engineer and manufacture a suitable replacement. Final feasibility depends on the part’s function, loads, temperature and safety requirements.
That is normal. We can build the digital model from a physical sample, photos with dimensions, a scan or a technical discussion. CAD development is part of many Iworks projects.
Material and finish are selected per job. Options may include engineering plastics, flexible materials, composites, sanding, painting, coating, assembly or hardware installation. We recommend the route after reviewing the real operating conditions.
Yes. We develop integrated prototypes involving sensors, microcontrollers, IoT, communications, enclosures, mechanisms and 3D-manufactured parts. The scope is defined after a technical review.
For suitable jobs, yes. We can manage fitment, adjustment and installation so the result is checked on the vehicle rather than delivered as an unverified loose part.
Yes. We produce custom figures, educational maquettes, event pieces, desk products and branded giveaways in one-off or small-batch quantities. Send the idea, reference and required quantity for a quote.
Pricing depends on engineering time, scanning or modeling complexity, material, machine time, finishing, quantity and installation. Every project is reviewed individually so the quotation matches the real work.
Lead time depends on complexity, approvals, testing, material availability and quantity. After the initial technical review, we provide a realistic estimated schedule and identify any decisions needed to keep it moving.
